Fleetguard offers customers using Fleetguard-branded or privately branded Fleetguard coolant up to two free coolant analysis tests per engine each year, including interpretation and recommendations. The FleetguardMAP coolant analysis program is not intended to replace a customer's existing coolant conditioning monitoring program, which typically involves more frequent sampling. However, it can serve as a complementary addition to this testing.

How does it work?

Each report highlights potential coolant system issues such as signs of corrosion/erosion/ cavitation, contamination, glycol degradation due to overheating, air leaks, additive level depletion, coolant dilution, electrolysis and overall coolant health and recommends if action needs to be taken.

1. Enroll your equipment into fluid analysis program.
2. Send the sample to Cummins Filtration (Kilsyth).
3. The Laboratory transfers your engine details, sample date and machine number/odometer reading to the database, tests the fluid, interprets the results, recommends what action to take and then uploads your report into a secure cloud database. An email is sent to you on the current sample and all current and historic reports and recommendations are available on-line as a .ckv file for trend analysis reviewing
4. Order a sampling kit, take a sample and complete the equipment details on the sample card
5. Reports are typically available 2-3 days after the sample arrives at the laboratory
